I have worked in the Travel Industry for 12 years some of that time was in a shopfront setting and the last 5 years I have operated a home based travel business. My great love is escorting group tours, however my business allows to deliver on all facets of the Tourist Industry. I have access to lots of different suppliers – cruising, coach tours, flights, Individual tailor made tours & insurance to name a few.
I have organised many day tours, then extended that into organising both individual and group tours, Domestically and Internationally. Having escorted several Domestic and International tours. I relish the experience of working on detailed itineraries for my various clients and knowing they have happily completed these journeys and become repeat clients.
I have been fortunate to have visited many destinations: Great Britain – so much history, New Zealand – our near neighbour with so much to offer, South Africa and Zimbabwe – what a beautiful destination, USA & Canada – so much history again and beautiful scenery, China – lots of wonderful sites, Tahiti a beautiful destination for a leisurely visit.
Having also travelled much of Australia, we have such a beautiful backyard.
As a member of ITA I own my business. Owning my own business allows me flexibility to meet clients when and where it suits them. This can be a phone call, email or face to face over a coffee at a place and time of their choosing.
